AhShitRim puts CJ from GTA: San Andreas into Skyrim
rackmarten's AhShitRim makes CJ from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas playable in Skyrim. Both games run at once: Skyrim owns the world and draws everything, while San Andreas runs hidden in the background and simulates CJ, his cars, his guns and his cheat codes. The README shows a Sandking on a dragon bridge, Faendal riding pillion on a Sanchez, a Hunter helicopter over the river valleys and the Rhino tank below Whiterun. Version 0.1 covers the opening, from the Helgen cart to the Greybeards; v0.1.0 came out on Oct 25 and v0.1.1 followed a day later. It comes from the same maker, and is built the same way, as PerkeleRim, which put My Summer Car in Skyrim earlier this month.
You need: Windows 10/11, your own copy of Skyrim Special Edition or Anniversary Edition (with the matching SKSE64 and Address Library) and your own Steam copy of the classic Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (1.0 US exe). Nothing from either game is in the download.
How to play
- Download the latest AhShitRim zip from the creator's GitHub releases and extract it into a folder of its own.
- Follow docs/INSTALL.md to point it at your Skyrim (with SKSE64 + Address Library) and San Andreas installs.
- Double-click Start AhShitRim.bat and start the Helgen cart ride as CJ.
