Razz's Basara 4 PC is an unofficial native Windows 10/11 port and launcher for Capcom's Sengoku Basara 4 Sumeragi (PS4, CUSA01159). Because the PS4 already runs x86-64 code, the game's own code executes directly on your CPU, while the PS4 system libraries are rewritten function by function in C/C++ and its GPU commands are translated to Vulkan 1.3. The launcher adds a resolution picker, display modes, up to 16x anisotropic filtering, FSR 1 upscaling and controller setup. Three releases came in two days: v1.0.0 and v1.0.1 on 23 October and v1.0.2 on 24 October, which rebuilt the audio engine to fix battle music cutting out and echoing dialogue. The README is in English and Indonesian.
