FT775 has built a native Windows and Linux port of Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones from the community fireemblem8u decompilation. It isn't an emulator: the game's C source is compiled for PC, and only the GBA hardware parts (picture, sound output, BIOS functions, input and saves) are replaced. Both story routes, Eirika's and Ephraim's, play from power-on to the end credits, checked frame by frame against the GBA build in mGBA on recorded routes, with listed exceptions. Saves are mGBA-compatible. An optional Reforged Options screen adds extras such as fast-forward, a danger zone and bug fixes. Link cable play isn't started. v1.0 landed on 31 October and v1.1 on 3 November.
