Forza Motorsport 3: Ultimate Collection recompiled to run natively on Windows
0herculabs' hl360-forza3 is a work-in-progress static recompilation of Forza Motorsport 3: Ultimate Collection (Xbox 360), built with the ReXGlue SDK and drawing through Direct3D 12. Release 0.1.3 runs menus, videos, Free Play and races at 60 FPS. Full Career, local multiplayer and other modes still need testing, and there's no Xbox Live. It ships its own launcher that installs and verifies both game discs and can add Project Forza Plus 3. The same team also made the Forza Motorsport 4 recomp hl360-Forza4.
You need: Your own Xbox 360 discs of Forza Motorsport 3: Ultimate Collection (USA), both discs. No game files are included. Career mode isn't fully tested yet.
How to play Forza Motorsport 3 Ultimate Collection on PC
- Download release 0.1.3 from GitHub.
- Use the launcher to install and verify your own two game discs.
- Start a Free Play race.
