Legendary Armory: The Legend of Zelda's items come to Minecraft: Java Edition
Legendary Armory by Kamtheman56 brings The Legend of Zelda's gear into Minecraft: Java Edition, with the stated goal of making every Zelda item work in vanilla-style play. The gallery shows the Master Sword and the series' masks. Most items can't be crafted: you find them by exploring, through fishing, archaeology, villager trades, Piglin bartering and structures, usually with at least two ways to get each one, and most can be upgraded with Master Upgrade Templates. It's a Forge mod for Minecraft 1.20.1, inspired by the older Zelda Sword Skills mod. It first came out in February 2024, version 1.5.3 landed on 2 September 2026, and it has passed 29,000 downloads on Modrinth. It joins the wire's other Minecraft crossovers, such as Bing Bing Wahoo and Cobblemon.
You need: Your own copy of Minecraft: Java Edition 1.20.1 with Forge, plus anything the Modrinth page lists as required. No Zelda game is needed.
How to play
- Install Forge for Minecraft 1.20.1.
- Download Legendary Armory from its Modrinth page into your mods folder.
- Explore, fish, dig and trade to find Zelda's items, then upgrade them.
