MASHUP: LEONIDA BUILDS A PLAYABLE FAN TAKE ON GTA VI INSIDE MINECRAFT AT 1:1 SCALE
Leonida: a playable fan take on GTA VI built inside Minecraft, with a 1:1 map of the state
trenbolone1122's Leonida is a fan-made Fabric mod that puts its own take on GTA VI inside Minecraft Java Edition. You get the state of Leonida at one block to the metre (Vice City, Vice Beach, the Keys, Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn), Jason and Lucia, a wanted system with the VCPD and Leonard County Sheriff, vehicles and aircraft, weapons, a GTA-style HUD and phone, interiors and landmarks, plus a bundled shader pack for the trailer look. You spawn on the sand at Ocean Drive. It's an unofficial fan project with no Rockstar files, models, textures or audio inside, and v0.1.0 landed on 3 November.
You need: Your own copy of Minecraft: Java Edition, version 26.3, and at least 4 GB of RAM for the game. GTA VI isn't needed: nothing from it is used. This is a brand-new release from a small account, so download it only from the creator's GitHub Releases page.
How to play
- Download the Leonida .mrpack from the creator's Releases page.
- Import it in Prism Launcher, the Modrinth App or ATLauncher, which set up Minecraft 26.3 and Fabric for you.
- Start a world and spawn at Ocean Drive.
