ZERO HOUR: MEGA MAN X RECOMPILED ADDS SABER ZERO, CO-OP AND NETPLAY ON PC
Mega Man X Recompiled 2.2.4-alpha: native PC SNES recomp with playable Zero, co-op and netplay

mstan's Mega Man X Recompiled, a static recompilation of the SNES classic for PC, shipped three alpha releases between Oct 14 and 15, ending at 2.2.4-alpha. The port adds playable Zero (original X3 style, a Modern style with saber, double jump and air dash, or RaphaelAzev's contributed Saber Zero), couch co-op, online netplay, all sixteen X2/X3 boss weapons and adaptive widescreen. The latest builds default to a faster cached frame-composition path on Windows. The project started in May; these releases are its news.
You need: Your own Mega Man X (USA) SNES ROM, dumped from your cartridge. Zero modes also use your own Mega Man X3 (USA) ROM. No game data is included.
