MASHUP: MONSTER HUNTER 4 ULTIMATE'S MONSTERS ARE NOW HUNTABLE IN GENERATIONS ULTIMATE
Mashup: MH4U's monsters ported into Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate
Scrimas's MH4U Port brings Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate monsters into Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate on Switch (v1.4) with their own quests, armour, weapons and skills. They are added to the game, nothing is replaced: so far Gogmazios, Dalamadur, Shah Dalamadur, Tigerstripe Zamtrios and Stygian Zinogre. v1.7.0 came out on Oct 28. Players online need the same monsters installed. The author says the project will later merge into a bigger one; a native MHGU recomp is also in the works separately.
You need: Your own copy of Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate (Switch, v1.4) on a setup that loads mods. Building monsters yourself also needs your own MH4U dump. No game data is included.
How to play
- Download the core zip and the monster zips you want from Releases.
- Open MHGU's mod folder and extract core there, then each monster.
- Unequip a monster's gear before removing that monster.
