RECOMPLAUNCHER LISTS ABOUT 270 FAN-MADE NATIVE PC PORTS OF CONSOLE GAMES IN ONE PLACE
RecompLauncher: a new catalogue of about 270 fan-made native console-to-PC ports, from the RecompStore team

RecompLauncher is a new hub for recompiled console games that run natively on Windows, Linux and Mac, from the team behind RecompStore, a homebrew store for jailbroken PS5s. A developer announced it on Reddit on Oct 25 and Insider Gaming covered it on Oct 26. The site's PC list holds about 270 entries, from N64 classics like Zelda 64: Recompiled to Xbox 360 recomps like Unleashed Recompiled and Skate 3, and each entry links to the creator's own repository. It hosts no game files: you still need your own copy of each game. A desktop app to handle installs and updates is planned, and not every listed port is finished or playable yet.
You need: Nothing to install yet; browse the list. Each port still needs your own copy of its game. The planned desktop app is not out yet.
How to play
- Open recomplauncher.com and browse the PC list.
- Pick a port and follow its link to the creator's own repository.
- Follow that repository's README with your own copy of the game.
