Trooper-code's portable Windows launcher wraps the Skate 3 Recomp PC port in a settings editor and toolbox, so you no longer edit its settings file by hand. Version 3.1.0 added install checks, a mod loader and a repeatable in-game benchmark. Version 3.1.1, out on Nov 2, warns about settings that trigger known recomp bugs and fixes portable installs. It is unofficial, not linked to the Skate 3 Recomp developers or EA, and contains no game or recompilation files.

You need: Windows 10 or 11 and your own working Skate 3 Recomp install, which itself needs your own Xbox 360 copy of Skate 3.

How to play

  1. Set up Skate 3 Recomp first, from its own releases page.
  2. Download the launcher from its Releases page.
  3. Point it at your install and pick a preset.
