SONIC CD FROM THE MEGA-CD IS NOW A NATIVE PC PORT BUILT FROM ITS OWN CODE
Little Planet: Sonic CD recompiled into a native PC port for Windows, macOS and Linux

carlosrmz009's Little Planet is a Sonic CD (Mega-CD) recompilation built for fidelity. A disassembly of all the game's code reassembles byte-identical to the disc, and a static recompiler turns it into C, checked frame by frame against an interpreter. The Mega-CD hardware is rewritten from scratch and no BIOS is needed. CD audio streams bit-exact from your disc, and an optional 4K 60fps remastered opening by LuanUP replaces the original intro. 1.0 shipped Oct 11, with commits continuing daily.
You need: Your own Sonic CD disc image (cue/bin, iso, chd and more). No game data included.
