NO EMULATOR, ALL COLOSSUS: BLUEPOINT'S PS4 SHADOW OF THE COLOSSUS GOES NATIVE ON PC
Shadow of the Colossus (PS4 remake) gets a native Windows port, v0.56 out now

AjncSystem's ShadowOfTheColossus-PC runs the PS4 remake's own x86-64 code (Bluepoint, 2018; CUSA08809, EU v1.01) directly on a Windows 10/11 CPU and translates the PS4 GPU to Vulkan. It's a loader that supplies the system functions the game needs, not a full emulator, in the style of the bloodborne_pc project. v0.56 (Oct 14) adds rippling open-world water and long-distance lake reflections. v0.0.13 (Oct 13) fixed a menu crash and was tested for about 40 minutes across the map. It's a different project from LightVelox's AI-built PS2 recomp of the original game, which hit GitHub on Oct 2. The repo opened Oct 12 and has already put out several releases. Known issues include a slow first load while shaders recompile, and odd character tints on some AMD cards.
You need: Your own PS4 game dump (CUSA08809, EU 1.01). For sound, two modules dumped from your own console. No game or Sony files included. Windows 10/11 with a Vulkan GPU.
How to play
- Open the Releases page and download the latest build.
- Point it at your own dump of the game, following the README.
- Expect a slow first launch while shaders compile.
