STAGE OUT, GO NATIVE: SOULCALIBUR II RECOMP PORT DROPS v1.6.9 ON PC
Ring Out: Soulcalibur II GameCube static recomp to native PC

Ring Out is a native PC port of the GameCube version of Soulcalibur II (disc ID GRSEAF), built by static recompilation instead of emulation. The disc's PowerPC executable is translated ahead of time into C, compiled for x86-64 and run inside a Dolphin-derived runtime that handles graphics, audio and input. The README says the game is playable start to finish, with 535,368 instructions translated and no interpreter fallback inside the game code. Rendering is Vulkan, and there's a Steam Deck package that runs at 45-49 fps in a match. The project started in August, and v1.6.9 landed on 15 October. The dev warns it's still early and rough edges remain.
You need: Your own disc image of the North American GameCube Soulcalibur II (GRSEAF). No game data or game code is distributed: setup extracts your disc and recompiles it on your machine.
