Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These terms cover your use of gamerbrowser.com, including the Mashup Watch wire, the widget and app, our Discord community, and paid memberships ("the service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
1. What we are
gamerbrowser.com is an independent news and community site about AI game mashup mods, decompilations, recompilations, fan PC ports and related news. We are not affiliated with any game publisher, platform holder or the creators we cover, unless we say so.
2. Links and third-party content
We link to creators' own pages, such as GitHub, YouTube and news sites. We check links when we publish them, but we don't control those sites, and their content can change. You use them at your own risk and under their terms. We never host game files, ROMs, cracks or jailbreak tools. Mods and ports may require your own legally owned copy of a game, and running them is your responsibility.
3. Your conduct
In chat, comments, submissions and our Discord, don't post illegal content, piracy links, malware, harassment, hate or other people's personal information. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us permission to display it on the service.
4. Memberships
Insider memberships renew monthly until you cancel. Founder is a one-time payment that includes the perks described on our membership page for the stated period. Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment partner, and their terms also apply. Perks are delivered mainly through our Discord, and may change as the service grows. If we remove a paid perk, we'll replace it with something of similar value or offer a pro-rata refund. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.
5. Accuracy
We work hard to be accurate, but news moves fast. The service is provided "as is", and we can't guarantee that every story, link or project status is complete or current.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or of linked third-party projects. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects paying members, we'll announce it on the site or in Discord before it takes effect.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
