ducvd89's Bloodborne Android port is not an emulator: the PS4 game's x86-64 code is recompiled ahead of time, once, from your own copy into native ARM64 code (libbbaot.so), and the Android app runs that. The free Bloodborne Android Rebuild Tool does the recompiling, either on a PC (Windows, Linux or Apple Silicon Mac) or, since app 2.1.0, right on the phone. Tool v1.3.0 and app 2.2.0 both landed on Oct 29: they add hook sites for the guest-code fixes from the upstream bbport 0.7 (cloth stiffness above 30 FPS, a guard for the GX occlusion-query crash, play time above 30 FPS, the hit-collector cap and a character-id guard) and delta rebuilds that only redo the parts that changed. The app adds GSR2/FSR 3.1 upscaling, LSFG frame generation and an on-screen controller; per the README it targets Snapdragon (Adreno 6xx-8xx) devices, was tested on the AYN Thor and OPPO Find N5, and Mali GPUs do not run the game yet. The Android app builds on the Bloodborne PC port (bbport) already on the wire, alongside the Lantern Engine and Mac efforts. Experimental.

How to play Bloodborne on PC

Install the Bloodborne 2.2.0 APK from the same developer's Bloodborne-Android releases and point it at your own 1.09 game folder or PKGs.
When the app says Native code needed, choose Build on this phone, or build on a PC with the Rebuild Tool v1.3.0 from Releases and copy the folder over.
Start the game once the build finishes (a few minutes).
