SuperCatElvis's UntilDawn_PC brings the original 2015 PlayStation 4 version of Supermassive's horror game Until Dawn to Windows natively, running the game's own x86-64 code with a custom Vulkan renderer instead of console emulation. A full play-through from the prologue to the end credits has been done on the developer's PC (with WIP 0.1.3), saves work, the pre-order chapter The Road Not Taken works if you own it, and intro movies and recaps can be skipped. The repo opened Oct 23 and has shipped six builds in six days; v0.2.0 (Oct 29) fixes the disappearing arm and collectibles during item inspection, black mouths after the prologue and freezes from log writes. It is still early: the creator warns of crashes from a memory bug not yet fixed, shader pauses and heavy scenes below 30 fps. This is the original PS4 game, not the 2024 Unreal Engine 5 remake.
