CASTLEVANIA: LEGACY OF DARKNESS GETS A NATIVE PC RECOMP FOR WINDOWS, MAC AND LINUX
Castlevania: Legacy of Darkness N64 recomp ships v0.2.29 for Windows, Mac and Linux
fliperama86's cvlod_recomp uses N64Recomp to turn Konami's 1999 N64 game Castlevania: Legacy of Darkness into a native executable. Two builds landed this week (v0.2.28 on 22 October and v0.2.29 on 23 October), each with Windows, macOS (Apple Silicon) and Linux downloads. The main builds now use the menu framework from Zelda64Recomp. The README calls it an in-progress recompilation still working to stabilise full gameplay, so expect crashes. It ships no ROM.
You need: Your own Castlevania: Legacy of Darkness N64 cartridge dump. No ROM is included. Work in progress: gameplay may crash.
How to play Castlevania: Legacy of Darkness on PC
