GOLDENEYE 007 GETS PROJECT MIDAS, A NEW NATIVE PC PORT WITH MOUSE LOOK
Project Midas: a new native PC port of GoldenEye 007 (N64) hits 1.0.1

murkantor's Project Midas is a native Windows and Linux port of GoldenEye 007, built from the N64 decompilation. It reads the game data from your own US cart image and adds widescreen, mouse look, modern controller support, in-game settings, player profiles, custom multiplayer weapon sets and lifetime stats. v1.0 shipped Oct 17 and v1.0.1 followed Oct 18. Co-op, netplay and mods are in development. The README says Claude was used to make it. It's the second decomp-based GoldenEye PC port on the wire, after jkdansereau's goldeneye-pc-port (Oct 7), and separate from the recompiled cancelled Xbox 360 version.
You need: Your own GoldenEye 007 (USA) N64 cart image. No game files are included.
