DK64 RECOMPILED: DONKEY KONG 64 NATIVE ON PC WITH RT64, HIGH FRAME RATES AND INSTANT LOADS
Donkey Kong 64: Recompiled, a native PC port built with N64: Recompiled

Donkey Kong 64: Recompiled (nicknamed 'Rekongpiled') uses N64: Recompiled to statically recompile Donkey Kong 64 into a native port, with RT64 as the renderer. It has high frame rate support, low input lag, instant load times, easy menus, all of the original N64 effects, and Linux and Steam Deck support. v1.0.3 shipped on 30 September 2026. It belongs to the same N64 recomp wave as this week's Conker and Diddy Kong Racing projects.
You need: Your own Donkey Kong 64 ROM dumped from your cartridge. The repo and releases contain no game assets. Needs a GPU with Direct3D 12.0 (SM6) or Vulkan 1.2.
