OverkillLabs3 has released DriveClub Recomp, which runs DriveClub (PS4, version 1.28) natively on Windows. The game's own x86-64 code runs directly on your CPU, the PS4 system libraries are reimplemented, and GPU commands are translated to Vulkan, so there is no CPU emulation. The developer reports it is playable from the menus through races, photo mode and saves, at about 60 FPS at 4K in the heaviest scenes on an RTX 5070 Ti test PC, with an unlocked frame rate option. Version 0.2.0, released 17 October, swaps the game's anti-aliasing for NVIDIA DLAA or AMD FSR 3.1. DLC cars, bikes and tours can be unlocked from your own files, and a mods folder takes loose-file mods. DriveClub was delisted in 2019 and its online servers shut down in 2020. It joins other PS4 native ports such as the Bloodborne and Shadow of the Colossus PC ports.
