STREET BALL GOES NATIVE: FIFA STREET 2012 GETS AN XBOX 360 RECOMP ON PC
ReStreet: FIFA Street (2012) recompiled for Windows hits v1.3

ReStreet by SamuelitoDaVila is an unofficial Windows version of EA's 2012 FIFA Street, made by statically recompiling the Xbox 360 game with the ReXGlue SDK, the same toolchain behind Fight Night Champion's FNC Reborn. It ships with a graphical installer and a launcher offering Direct3D 12 and Vulkan, resolution settings and performance profiles. v1.3 (Oct 14) adds true VSync on both renderers, Adaptive Sync support, an honest FPS counter and no frame cap with VSync off. It's offline only. You need your own Xbox 360 ISO: no game files are included.
You need: Windows 10/11 64-bit with a Direct3D 12 or Vulkan GPU, and your own Xbox 360 ISO of FIFA Street (2012). No game files are included. Offline only.
