RACCOON ON THE RUN: SLY COOPER'S NATIVE PC PORT DROPS BETA 0.4.1 WITH FULL PAD SUPPORT
ProjectCane Beta 0.4.1: Sly Cooper's native PC port gets rumble, new settings and better audio

theclub654's ProjectCane is a native Windows and Linux port of the NTSC release of Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus, rebuilt through reverse engineering. It started back in 2023 as a map viewer and is now a complete, playable port. Beta 0.4.1, out Oct 15, focuses on audio stability, better controller support with vibration, new video, audio and controller settings, and deadzone controls. Linux ships as an AppImage that targets SteamOS, so it runs on Steam Deck. No game data is included: you extract it from your own disc with the bundled File Extractor.
You need: Your own NTSC copy of Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus as an ISO. No game data included.
How to play Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus on PC
- Download the Windows or Linux build from Releases and extract it to a writable folder.
- Run the File Extractor and point it at your own NTSC ISO, extracting into the same folder.
- Launch the game (on Linux, use the Run ProjectCane.sh script).
