WING COMMANDER III GOES NATIVE ON MAC: THE DOS CLASSIC, FULLY PLAYABLE
wc3-recomp: Wing Commander III statically recompiled into a native macOS game

Harald Fernengel's wc3-recomp statically recompiles Wing Commander III: Heart of the Tiger, a 32-bit DOS program, to C++ with Ghidra and builds it into a native macOS program with an emulated PC around it. The README says it's fully playable at 640x480 with its movies, digital sound and General MIDI music. Some code is only found by running it, so a part of the game nobody has played yet can stop with a 'missing code' message. It grew out of wc-decomp, which does the same for Wing Commander I and II, and a web build is still to come. The repo has no game files or anything derived from them.
You need: A Mac, the developer tools the README lists, and your own GOG copy of Wing Commander III: other releases are refused. No game files included.
