josiahg2502-glitch, the creator behind recent native ports of Oogie's Revenge, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Smash 4 and Mother 3, has released Monopoly Recompiled, a static recompilation of EA's 2008 Xbox 360 Monopoly to a Windows program using the ReXGlue SDK, drawn with Direct3D 12 and with no CPU emulator. Per the README the whole game works (Monopoly Edition and Richest Edition, saves, intro movies) at 60 fps, with up to four players on one PC and online play for up to four: the host runs the game and streams it to friends, with lobbies, chat, LAN discovery, join codes, UPnP and public games that need no server. It renders at 720p, 1440p or 4K and ships precompiled shaders for the boards played so far. A launcher installs the game from your own disc image. v1.0.0 landed Oct 29.
