THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS: OOGIE'S REVENGE GETS A NATIVE PC PORT
Oogie's Revenge Recompiled: The Nightmare Before Christmas Xbox game goes native on PC at 4K

josiahg2502-glitch, who shipped Brawl Recompiled this week, has a native PC port of Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas: Oogie's Revenge (Xbox, USA). The game's x86 code is statically recompiled to C++ with xboxrecomp, and Direct3D 8 is replaced by a Direct3D 11 renderer, for up to 4K, ultrawide, 120 fps and ray-traced ambient occlusion. Status is 'playable start': intro, menus and the first level, Town Square, run at a steady 60 fps with sound. The game's own menu doubles as the launcher and copies your disc on first start. v1.0.1 landed on 23 October.
You need: Your own USA Xbox disc image of Oogie's Revenge. No game data is included. Early build: only the start of the game is confirmed.
