COMMAND & CONQUER: RED ALERT 2 REBUILT FROM ITS OWN CODE WITH 4K AND HD UNITS
Red Alert 2 Recomp: Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge statically recompiled to native C for Windows, Linux and macOS

sp00nznet's redalert2-recomp takes the shipping Win32 executables of Westwood's Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 (game.exe 1.006) and Yuri's Revenge (gamemd.exe 1.001) and statically recompiles them to native C, so Westwood's own code runs as a new program rather than in a reimplementation. It gives the 2000 strategy game the remaster the first two C&C games got and this engine never did: a Direct3D 11 window that stays sharp at any size, resolutions from 720p to 4K with more of the battlefield on screen, HD vehicles drawn at twice the resolution from the game's own voxel models, optional modern left-click/right-click controls, a mods folder and LAN multiplayer as shipped. v0.1.0 landed on 24 October and v0.1.1 followed hours later, with installers for Windows, Linux and macOS (Apple Silicon). It is built on sp00nznet's pcrecomp toolchain, the same author behind the ps3recomp and xboxrecomp kits already on our wire, and Tiberian Sun gets the same treatment in tiberiansun-recomp. This is not OpenRA, which reimplements the rules in a new engine.
You need: Your own installed copy of Red Alert 2 (and Yuri's Revenge if you want the expansion), for example from The Ultimate Collection on Steam or the EA app. No game files are included.
