koenhendriks' ssx3-recomp turns the PAL original Xbox version of SSX 3 into a native Windows program, built with sp00nznet's xboxrecomp toolchain. The game's own code runs natively while the Xbox GPU is emulated on Vulkan, at 60 fps, at your monitor's resolution, in true 16:9, 21:9 or 32:9 widescreen with a widened camera. Linux boots to a race but must be built yourself. Since v0.1.0 on Oct 16 it has moved fast: v0.2.2 fixed Conquer the Mountain and the widescreen HUD, and v0.2.3 on Oct 24 adds session logging. It is a different project from andersfischernielsen's SSX 3 PS2 recomp to Rust, already on the wire.
