ROCKSTAR'S THE WARRIORS GETS AN UNOFFICIAL NATIVE PC PORT FROM THE ORIGINAL XBOX
The Warriors XBERecomp: Rockstar's original Xbox brawler recompiled into a native Windows program

Antriksh1984's The Warriors XBERecomp is an unofficial native Windows port of the original Xbox version of Rockstar's The Warriors (2005). The game's x86 code is translated to C++ ahead of time with the Xbox XBE Recomp tool, the Xbox kernel, Direct3D and DirectSound calls are reimplemented on Windows, and the game draws through Direct3D 12 with XAudio2 sound. The v0.2.0 alpha landed on 24 October. The creator says it boots, plays and sounds right through the opening missions, but it hasn't been played to the end, so expect crashes or missing effects later on. Only the NTSC (USA) Xbox retail disc works; the PS2, PSP and other Xbox regions use different code. The Warriors never had an official PC release. It joins a run of original Xbox recompilations built on the same tool, such as the Shaolin Monks and Futurama ports.
You need: Your own NTSC (USA) retail Xbox disc of The Warriors (as a disc image). Windows 10/11 64-bit, a Direct3D 12 GPU, 8 GB of RAM. No game assets or game code are included.
