B3-Express: a second native Bayonetta 3 port for Windows

LuvAbyss's B3-Express runs Bayonetta 3 v1.2.0 natively on Windows, and started as an undergraduate graduation project. It's built on ScarletNX, a static ARM64 to x86 recompiler: the launcher compiles the game's code on your own PC, and a renderer written at the level of the Switch's NVN graphics API draws it on Vulkan. Its stated goal is butter-smooth 60 fps and a friendly launcher, not higher frame rates. The creator's status page, dated 2 November, says the author judges it playable from start to finish, though not every chapter has been run on the current build. On a Ryzen 7 5700X3D and RTX 3080 it measured about 59 fps in a scripted fight at 1440p and 54 to 56 fps through chapter 12. Remnant 11 froze in an earlier build and hadn't been replayed. Version 0.2.0 landed on 6 November. It credits Zexyen's Witch Time, the Bayonetta 3 port already on the wire, as a reference and comparison.
