gustavomorinaga's Project Vekta is an unofficial PC port of Killzone HD, the PS3 remaster of the first Killzone, made by static recompilation and drawn with Vulkan. Each player translates and builds the game's code on their own machine from their own files: the whole EBOOT (about 23,400 PPU functions) plus the SPU programs. Per the README, Level 1 has been played start to finish, all 11 levels load and reach gameplay, and it runs at a steady 60 fps by default (game logic at 60 Hz instead of 30), with an optional 144 Hz mode. v0.1.0 (Oct 31) is a source release for Linux x64, with a cross-built Windows target; the README documents how AI was used. It joins Project Pyrrhus (Killzone 2) and Project Helghast (Killzone 3) on our list.
