MASS EFFECT 2 RECOMPILED FOR NINTENDO SWITCH, NO EMULATOR, NEAR 30 FPS ON REAL HARDWARE
Lazarus: Mass Effect 2 statically recompiled for Nintendo Switch, runs on real hardware

Lazarus takes the Xbox 360 version of Mass Effect 2 and recompiles it for the Nintendo Switch's ARM CPU, with a native deko3d renderer drawing the game instead of an emulated GPU. The creator's logs from a real Switch show a median of 29.4 fps at 540p with raised clocks, and the README lists Switch button prompts, gyro aiming, DLC support and a working Mass Effect 1 character import. It is a work in progress: first visits to big locations, heavy hubs such as Omega and busy fights can fall to the high teens or low 20s, and long heavy stretches can bring short audio dropouts. There is no download. The game code, shaders and finished homebrew file are all built on your own computer from your own discs and Title Update 2, and the creator notes the build chain hasn't yet been re-run from a fresh clone, so this one is for confident builders. It also runs in Ryujinx.
You need: Your own Xbox 360 copy of Mass Effect 2 with Title Update 2, a PC to build on, and a Switch that runs homebrew, or Ryujinx. Start it with full memory (hold R while starting a game).
