Mushroom Maker Recomp is an experimental native Windows port of Super Mario Maker 2 (v3.0.3), made by static AArch64-to-C recompilation: the game's code is translated to C and compiled on your PC into a native game library, with a PC compatibility runtime. Version 1.0.0 ships the launcher, translation tools and runtime; game-derived code is generated locally from your own files. The creator says the game runs and the course editor works, but full-game compatibility has not been established, and Course World integration, rendering and performance are still in progress. It arrives two days after SMM2 Recomp, which also targets v3.0.3 and is already on the wire.
