PE2PC, by Snaity-CORE, reached v0.4.0 on Nov 3. It is a native Windows port of Parasite Eve II (PlayStation, USA release), built on GabeRealB's decompilation: the game's code, decompiled to C, is compiled for PC, with a small runtime standing in for the console's graphics, sound, CD, controllers and memory cards. The README calls it playable on Windows with both discs, movies, music, saves and controllers. Optional additions include rendering up to 8x the console's 320x240 and smoother motion at 60 fps while the game keeps its original 30. It is separate from khasinski's Parasite Eve II PC port, already on the wire, which uses the same route. Only unmodified dumps of the original USA discs work; other regions and patched images are not supported.
