N64 COVER SHOOTER WINBACK GOES NATIVE ON PC AT 60 FPS
WinBack Recompiled: the N64 cover shooter as a native PC port at 60 fps

RetroPulse03's WinBack Recompiled is a native PC port of WinBack: Covert Operations for N64, made with N64Recomp and rendered by RT64, with no emulator. It plays from boot through the intros, title screen and Controller Pak save into the first mission at 60 fps. Mission 1 has been play-tested by hand, including aiming with the laser sight, but later missions haven't been tested much yet. The creator says Claude Code did most of the work with minimal input, and offers to step aside for a better human-led project. v0.2.1 landed on 2 November, and no game data is included.
You need: Your own WinBack: Covert Operations (USA) ROM as a big-endian .z64 (the README lists the SHA-1). No game files included.
