cdetv's Conker: Live & Recompiled is a native Windows version of the 2005 Xbox game, made by statically recompiling the original program into C, with a small runtime standing in for the Xbox's system, graphics, sound and controllers. The creator says the whole single-player story plays from start to finish, multiplayer works against bots, and it was checked frame by frame against the real game in xemu. It adds higher resolutions, 60 fps at the correct game speed, keyboard and mouse, PlayStation controller support and a photo mode, and the README says most of the code was written by AI under the author's direction. It's a separate project from giacomozama's Linux and Windows port of almost the same name, which we covered on 28 October. No game files are included.
