DEAD OR ALIVE 2 ULTIMATE GOES NATIVE ON PC, MAC AND LINUX
Dead or Alive 2 Ultimate (Xbox) gets a native PC, Mac and Linux port

NoRain211, the developer behind the native Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball and DOA3 ports, has released an alpha native port of Dead or Alive 2 Ultimate from the original Xbox. It is built by static recompilation: the Xbox executable is turned into C and linked to a hand-written runtime, with builds for Windows, macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel) and Linux, Steam Deck included. 0.1.8 Alpha (Oct 29) is marked experimental. The long-term goal, as with the sister projects, is to rewrite the game into readable source.
You need: Your own legally obtained Dead or Alive Ultimate (Xbox, USA), Disc 2. No game files are included. Alpha: expect bugs.
