RARE'S GRABBED BY THE GHOULIES ESCAPES THE ORIGINAL XBOX WITH A NATIVE PC PORT

Grabbed by the Ghoulies recompiled for PC

SeveerJ has put out a v0.1 beta of Ghoulies PC Recomp, a native Windows build of Rare's 2003 Xbox brawler Grabbed by the Ghoulies. The game's code is statically recompiled to C and runs on a PC reimplementation of the Xbox kernel, with the NV2A graphics chip drawn on Direct3D 11. It builds on sp00nznet's xboxrecomp and the toolkit changes from SeveerJ's own Orta PC Recomp. The project calls this a test build for playtesters, but says the game is playable, including cutscenes, challenges and the Reaper.

You need: Your own North American copy of Grabbed by the Ghoulies. The repo holds no XBE, disc files, recompiled game code or textures.
