Redline Recompiled 0.1: Forza Motorsport (Xbox, 2005) as a native PC port

DivxPlays has released Redline Recompiled 0.1, an unofficial PC port of the very first Forza Motorsport, the 2005 original Xbox racer. It's made by static recompilation: the game's own x86 code is translated to 64-bit Windows code and runs natively on a new graphics, sound and input layer. It plays at up to 144 frames a second and up to 4x resolution, in widescreen and ultrawide up to 32:9, with keyboard or any controller, and has DLSS and FSR options plus an optional 4x texture pack you generate from your own disc. The creator calls it an early version: performance may be unstable, so expect bugs and crashes. The README says Anthropic's Claude wrote and tested much of the code, working with the author, who played and checked the results. The 5 MB download holds nothing from the game, and the launcher builds the port on your PC from your own disc. It joins the later Forza recomps on the wire, including Forza Motorsport 2, Forza Motorsport 4 and Forza Horizon.
