Ratchet & Clank: Tools of Destruction Recompiled 1.0: the PS3 game runs native on PC

Re-TeRo17 has released version 1.0 of Ratchet & Clank: Tools of Destruction Recompiled (2 November), a native Windows port of the 2007 PlayStation 3 game built by static recompilation. It runs with no emulator on Direct3D 12, up to 4K and 60 fps, and targets the European release (BCES00052). Development started on 20 October, and the README says it's playable from the first planet onwards but not finished, with a known-issues list to read first. Nothing of the game is in the download: you need your own disc, and the installer takes it from there. It joins the earlier Ratchet projects already on the wire, OpenRAC and rac1-native.
