reUndr 2: Need for Speed: Underground 2 (Xbox) recompiled into a native PS5 homebrew app

bystritskiy's reUndr 2 takes the original Xbox version of Need for Speed: Underground 2, translates its code into C ahead of time and compiles it for the PS5, with a replacement runtime for the Xbox's graphics, audio, input and system services. The first release (4 November) renders at native 4K up to 60 fps, redraws the menu font sharply for 4K, uses DualSense prompts and diagrams, fills the widescreen frame with cutscenes and supports two-player split screen with two DualSense controllers. You copy your own USA disc image to the console and the first start unpacks it. It needs a PS5 that can run homebrew. It joins the other Underground 2 recomps already on the wire for PC, Apple Silicon and Switch.

How to play Need for Speed: Underground 2 on PC

Download the release zip from GitHub and copy the PPSA99027 folder to /data/homebrew/ on the console.
Copy the .iso you made from your own USA disc to /data/nfsu2/ over FTP.
Start the tile; the first start unpacks your image, then the game runs.
