PrimeRecomp: Metroid Prime Remastered native on Windows, macOS and Linux

gminustwo's PrimeRecomp statically recompiles the Switch's Metroid Prime Remastered (2023) from ARM64 code into C and compiles it for your PC, with the Switch's system services and NVN graphics reimplemented on Vulkan, so no emulator runs. It is built on peiikai's LAS Recomp, the Link's Awakening Switch recomp already on the wire, and the README credits that team for nearly all the groundwork. Builds ship for Windows, Apple Silicon Macs and Linux, including Steam Deck. Features per the README: PC-style mouse aim, full rebinding, any resolution up to 8K, FSR 1, SMAA and anisotropic filtering. The v0.0.5 test build on Oct 30 adds HDR, Wii Remote support and button icons; it has been tried on one PC so far, so expect bugs. It is a different project from Odrannnn's Metroid Prime GameCube PC port, also on the wire.
