hk21x's NightFire XBE Recomp is an unofficial native PC port of the original Xbox version of 007: NightFire. The game's own x86 code is statically recompiled into Windows programs with TGP482's XboxXBE-Recomp tool, and the Xbox graphics, sound and system libraries are rebuilt for Windows (Direct3D 12 or 11, XAudio2, SDL), so it is not an emulator. Both halves of the game are recompiled: the on-foot missions and the separate driving missions (Paris Prelude, Alpine Escape and more), switching between them on their own. It supports the European (PAL) and North American (NTSC) releases, adds extended graphics options, and v1.0.1 shipped a few hours after 1.0.0 on 30 Oct. It's the same creator's third Bond recomp, after 007: Everything or Nothing, already on the wire.
