C-GBL's P3FES-Decompilation is a native Windows x64 port of Atlus's Persona 3 FES (USA, SLUS_216.21). All 14,500 functions of the PS2 executable are statically recompiled into C++ and run on a runtime written for this game, with a Direct3D 11 renderer and the game's 114 VU1 microprograms compiled ahead of time. The creator says the game plays from start to finish, but calls it not the finished product: file IO, sound and ADX movie playback are still emulated for now. The first build (30 Oct) can run at up to 120fps. No game files ship: it checks your own USA disc against a known hash and refuses other regions and modified images. It is the second PS2 classic to go native this week, after Zone of the Enders.
