Wing Commander source reconstruction ships a native SDL2 port

neuromancer's wc1-re recreates the source code of the original Wing Commander as it shipped in The Kilrathi Saga (1996). The game core is rebuilt in C, the audio library in C++, and a reference build uses Microsoft Visual C++ 4.20 to reproduce the original Windows executable. Alongside that sits a native SDL2 port for Windows, Linux and macOS. It supports Kilrathi Saga data, has partial support for the original DOS release, and also runs the Super Wing Commander Mac demo. Versions 0.9.4 and 0.9.5 both arrived on 7 November.
